Update…

Since my last newsletter I’ve been to an incredible improv festival in Zurich (returning to represent the best of 2021!). I was about to head to Canada for the first time too, but got Covid again. I’m all better now though and got a new puppy in my life!

I co-ran a Power of Uke session for Monzo with Sarah Weiler this week which was awesome. The fifth edition of my sold-out Write Your Solo show class also started.

The Sideliners pilot episode continues to clean up on awards and finalist placements all over the world. We are very proud. My screenplay is also a multi-award-winner now. Whoop!

Improv Classes

VR Improv Residential!

9th - 12th December (Devon)

Chris Mead and I are running a VR Improv Residential for actors and improvisers in December. We’ll provide all the tech for your training and it’s in a beautiful location with food and accommodation included.

This sold out very quickly, but one person had to drop out, so there is a room for 1 or 2 people sharing now available.

This is a FANDCO production; we made 13 Cycles, The Galaxicle Implosions & Play Test - and we'll be using custom software coded specifically for improv theatre by tech genius, Rob Armstrong. Email [email protected] for more info and to book.

Mythic Improv Journey

8 sessions (online) throughout the year from 1st February 2023

For the last two years I’ve been running the year-long Mythic Improv Journey. I use improv as a way into myth, nature, community, ritual and joy. There are eight sessions marking the pagan wheel of the year. I’m opening this up again with the first session in February for Imbolc.

Write Your Solo Show NEW DATES

8 sessions (fortnightly, online) from 14th March 2023

After selling-out the fifth edition, I’ve put a new one in the diary for 2023.

Many students have gone on to make and perform their shows at festivals worldwide. There are lots of writing tools, accountability and a supportive group. This is a live online class.
